How it works when you become a customer

From integration to optimisation

Integration with your webshop

We connect your sales channel to our software (webshops and marketplaces). We test the connection, synchronise products, and set up your personal profile.

Goods transfer

You deliver your products to our warehouse. In advance, we coordinate the delivery schedule, labels, and packaging requirements to ensure smooth receipt. We check the shipment for quantity and quality and register everything in our WMS.

Inbound and storage

After inspection, we book your inventory and store it in suitable locations. We use FIFO/FEFO where needed and ensure your stock is visible in real time in the portal.

Order processing

As soon as a customer orders, we automatically receive the order details. We pick the right products, pack them carefully according to your instructions, and prepare the shipment.

Shipping and track & trace

We book the shipment, generate labels, and hand over packages to the carrier. Your customer receives track & trace and the order is delivered quickly and reliably, nationally and internationally. You can also choose to use your own labels, for example if you want to use Bol shipping.

Returns handling

Returns are professionally processed with thorough visual and functional checks and reintegration into inventory. If there is doubt about quality, we create a ticket so you can decide if the item can be returned to stock.

Reporting and optimisation

In the portal, you see dashboards for inventory, order status, returns, and performance. We periodically discuss improvement opportunities: packaging choices, carrier strategy, storage optimisation.
